1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ppbip ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 8 Account Suspension and Closure

ppbip reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or a request from the player themselves.

If your account is closed by ppbip due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed at your own request and there is no outstanding breach, your verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
